  • Do I have to use one of your accounts for the Evaluation or can I use my own?

    We have risk management software that is synced with the accounts we create. This allows us to analyze your performance in real-time for achievements or rule violations. As such, you must use an account that we provide.

  • Do your accounts charge commissions?

    AI Evaluation and Funded accounts receive the same pricing and commissions as our Liquidity Provider charges to other self-funded retail trading accounts.

  • How are affiliates credited?

    Affiliates are credited for referrals when a new user to the prop firm creates an account using a link or discount code provided by the Affiliate. Affiliates are not credited for subsequent purchases made by the referred customer, and customers cannot be added to an affiliate after they’ve created an account.

  • Trader Verification

    Before you are issued your Funded Account, you must perform KYC. Once verified, you will sign your Trader Agreement and then be issued your Funded Account.

  • What are the trading hours?

    Trading hours are generally set by the Liquidity Provider, unless set by our rules. We do not have any control over the trading hours.

  • What Countries are accepted?

    Subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, traders from all countries, excluding OFAC listed countries, can participate in our program.

  • What trading instruments are available with us?

    We offer a diverse range of trading instruments, including: - Foreign Exchange (FX) pairs - Contract for Difference (CFD) indices - Metals - Commodities - Equities - Cryptocurrencies

  • Is weekend cryptocurrency trading available?

    Yes, cryptocurrency trading is available 24/7, including weekends.

  • What packages are we offering?

    Currently, we offer the following account options: •2 Steps STP Evaluation Plan: 5k, 10k, 25k, 50k, 100k, and 250k accounts. •1 Step STP Funded Plan: 5k, 10k, and 25k accounts. •1 Step STP BOOTCAMP: 100k and 250k

  • What Platform can I trade on?

    Our technology is integrated with MetaTrader5.

  • Is STPFunded a broker?

    STPFunded is not a brokerage firm. Instead, we provide our clients with simulated trading accounts that mimic real-world market conditions. To gain access to these demo accounts, clients must first complete a multi-step evaluation process, which consists of either one, two, or three stages.

  • What is a Simulated Funded Account at STPFunded?

    Upon successful completion of the evaluations and receipt of their certificate, contractors will gain access to a Simulated Funded Account (Simulation) funded with virtual funds. Please note that this account is entirely simulated, mirroring real market data and clearing from liquidity providers. Our risk management team manages the trading data, which is then sent to a partnered proprietary trading firm.   • What are the rules for my Funded Account?

    The rules for the Funded Account are exactly the same as those for your Evaluation account. However, there is no account growth target with a Funded account.

  • Once I pass the Evaluation, will I receive a demo or Funded account?

    Once you pass the Evaluation, we will provide you with a Funded account backed by our capital. The capital in your Funded Account is notional and may not match the amount of capital on deposit with the Broker. A Funded Account is notionally funded when actual funds in the account (i.e., the equity in a Funded Account represented by the amount of capital) differs from the nominal account size (i.e., the size of the Funded Account that establishes the initial account value and level of trading).

  • How Long does it take to receive my Funded Account?

    Upon passing your Evaluation, you must sign your Trader Agreement via the dashboard. Once the agreement is completed and supporting documentation is provided, your Funded Account will be created, funded, and issued to you typically within 24-48 business hours.

  • How do I withdraw the gains in my Funded Account?

    Traders can request a withdrawal of the gains in their Funded Account at any time in their trader dashboard, but no more frequently than twice per thirty (30) days. So, if you make gains in your Funded Account, you can request a withdrawal. When you are ready to withdraw the gains from your Funded Account, click the Withdrawals button in your trader dashboard and enter the amount to withdraw. Once your withdrawal request is approved, you can withdraw it via any available method. We currently offer crypto payouts and fiat payouts via Bank.

  • Do we manipulate the pricing or executions you receive in your Funded Account?

    No. We operate at an arm's length with the Broker. All market pricing and trade executions are provided by the Broker and are not changed or modified by us. Additionally, we do not mark up transaction costs established by the Broker through adjusting bid-offer spreads, markups/markdowns, commission charges, or swaps.

  • Am I subject to any position limits?

    We reserve the right to limit the number of open positions you may enter or maintain in the Funded Account at any time and to revise the drawdown levels at which trading in the Funded Account will be halted in response to market conditions. The Broker or we reserve the right to refuse to accept any order.

  • What constitutes account inactivity?

    Account inactivity is calculated as follows: - If your account remains inactive for 30 calendar days, it will be considered breached, applicable to both Evaluation and simulated Funded Accounts. - If you fail to log in to your account for 30 days, it will be automatically deleted on the Platform sides, resulting in a hard breach.

  • Are Expert Advisors (EAs) permitted?

    Yes, you can use Expert Advisors, but they must adhere to our prohibited trading practices rule. Note that high-frequency trading (HFT) strategies and Gold Arbitrage EA are specifically excluded and cannot be used.

  • Can I trade news?

    You're permitted to trade during news events, but our system will cancel out any profits made within a 4-minute window (2 minutes before and 2 minutes after) of high-impact news events. You can keep your trades open during this time, but you won't be able to open or close new positions. Repeatedly violating this rule may result in account restrictions. Additionally, any trades placed or closed within the 4-minute window during evaluation phases will lead to account restrictions. High-impact news events are those listed in the red folder on ForexFactory.

  • Can I merge accounts?

    Accounts that have begun trading or have a balance exceeding $400,000 cannot be merged, whether they are Evaluation accounts or simulated Funded Accounts. However, you can merge simulated Funded Accounts that have not yet been traded and have a balance below $400,000.

  • What are the minimum trading days?

    During the evaluation process , there are no minimum trading day requirements for Phases 1 and 2. However, for the Bootcamp account, you must complete the challenge within a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 7 days.

  • Are stop loss and take profit required?

    Although we strongly recommend using stop losses and take profits as a key risk management strategy, it is not a requirement.

  • What are the consequences of a rules violation on my account?

    If a violation of our rules or prohibited practices is detected on your account, it will be suspended and disqualified from receiving future payouts. However, you will have the option to purchase a new account at a discounted rate.
